Glow in the dark events are some of the best themed celebrations for our voice services team. Partygoers can wear their best outfits and enjoy the dazzle of neon colours, the music, and other perks that organisers have in store for the night.

The TQVS team had a blast in the company of our outbound campaigns co-workers, at the recent neon dance party. Attendees got to groove into the beat of music by Emcee Nykz and DJ Edge Piccio.

Yes, we are growing our bespoke customer service solutions team as well as to cater to our clients growing needs. This development also signifies that TQVS is prepared to customise services to ensure that we support our clients’ voice services goals. Right now, we have increased the number of dedicated rooms and facilities for our call centre campaign operations.

Assistance Business Development Officer Kathrynn Andas will be working closely with training and operations manager Reuben Cavalli in prospecting new clients for outbound campaigns now on. This is to ensure that Benny will have more time to spend for qualified prospects that are interested in our other services, such as market research UK campaigns, back office support services, customer service solutions and call centre Philippines projects. This would also serve as an opportunity for the younger executive to improve further in her role as a business development officer.




TQVS has hired a massage therapist to care for our voice services agents. The massage therapy corner, which has recently opened, aims to ease outbound campaigns employees from physical tension or pain after several days of work.

The team has pooled in more talents to attend to the companies growing needs. We welcome our recruit manager-business development officer, assistant team leaders, IT/dialler support and utility staff.
