Benny takes the title of employee of the month for January in our outbounds campaigns centre. Congratulations Benny on starting the year right and for setting the bar high.

The Bigger The Better
Another batch of 25 agents is set to undergo training following the successful in- service training of the first group. To manage our expanding organisation more effectively, TQVS has hired two new HR managers to help administrate the voice services workforce.
The team welcomes Liza Caunca, HR manager for employee relations, and ML Flores, HR manager for recruitment and onboarding. The new HR managers are homegrown talents, who specialise in overseeing employee engagement, developing talent, and monitoring workplace satisfaction for our outbound campaigns, customer service solutions and back office processing departments.
