Meet Batman and Robin – Jazz and Benny

 In Uncategorized

Jazz and Benny have often been described as the glue that sticks our telemarketing Philippines office together. They are the Batman and Robin of our call centre campaign operations, although we’ll leave it up to them to decide which one is which….

Benny is our head of outbound campaigns and training. Our ‘go to’ guy, Benny oversees several different departments within TQVS including training, back office processing, voice services, data analysis, campaign management and all client contact.A typical day for Benny starts early, he’s always first in the office to prepare for call centre campaign success across the board. Throughout the day he attends huddles to ensure reconciliation across all accounts. Using Skype is a crucial part of Benny’s day as there he’s able to conduct daily calls with all heads of department as well as oversee weekly client reviews. He attends meetings with directors and any script changes or modifications are done solely by Benny. All of this in a day as well as general day to day, ad hoc tasks. Phew!!

Outside of work Benny spends most of his time with his two-year-old little girl. He loves to travel and makes the most out of living in the Philippines by visiting as many sites as possible; island resorts, mountainous regions, provincial landscapes and heritage listed tourist attractions

Jazz is our senior operations manager. Similar to Benny, Jazz has a hand in multiple aspects of the business. His main responsibility is ensuring that every call centre campaign hits its daily target. He looks after the manpower on each campaign and is responsible for tracking agent’s performance, attendance, incentives, customer service solutions, compensation and benefits, NTE and attrition!

Moreover, Jazz works alongside HR, QA, Finance and IT for any site related concerns. He maintains the entire sites orderliness and regularly mentors supervisors as well as campaign supports.

Jazz describes a typical day as ‘challenging yet productive’ which is no wonder considering his mammoth list of daily tasks! His favourite thing about his job is motivating people. At weekends, Jazz enjoys airsoft and car shows – a deserved break following his hectic working week.
